CECEP is one of the earliest enterprises in China to carry out demonstration and exploration of green buildings. It has the ability to integrate green cities with comprehensive energy production and supply, environmental protection and ecological restoration, and development of green parks and urban areas. In recent years, around the country’s major regional development strategy, several urban green development demonstration projects have been built across the country, and nearly 50 green parks have received investment for construction and operation, with a built-up area of more than 6 million square meters, among which nearly 1.5 million square meters have obtained the US LEED certification or China Green Building three-star certification.
