On June 12, CGC’s Southern Africa Branch officially signed the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the Kananga River-Crossing Box Culvert Project in Zambia’s Southern Province with Ever Great Energy Company Ltd.

On June 3, CGC successfully signed the design-and-build contract for the CHIPATA–LUNDAZI section of the M12 Road in Zambia’s Eastern Province.

On May 29, CGC Southern Africa Branch officially signed a contract for three large-diameter stormwater pipe-jacking projects along the Maputo Ring Road and National Road N200 in Mozambique.

On April 21, the post-disaster well-drilling project in Zimbabwe, undertaken by CGC, a subsidiary of CECEP, was awarded an Excellent rating for project management and a High Quality rating for engineering quality by the Ministry of Commerce.

On January 29, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (CRJY) officially awarded the Ras Al-Khair Industrial City seawater cooling network upgrade project in Saudi Arabia to CGC.
