Emile Abayiseng, president of the Integrated Polytechnic Regional College Musanze in Northern Province of Rwanda and speaker of the City Council of Musanze, spoke highly of the management team for the expansion project of his school, aided by China Qiyuan Engineering Corporation, during an interview on the morning of May 14 local time. “Please give my regards to the head of your management team,” he smiled. “I began contactless working on May 4, and I inspected the construction process at our campus. Despite the lockdown of the city, the project is still progressing smoothly. Everything will soon return to the right track.”

This project is an iconic China-aided project in Rwanda. When it is completed, the college will become one of the largest vocational schools in Rwanda and play a positive role in enhancing the country’s vocational education capacity, developing a number of technical professionals, and boosting the development of the local economy.
