On February 2nd, Nepal's Minister of Health and Population, Mohan Bahadur Basnet, along with his delegation, inspected the hospital restoration and renovation project undertaken by CQEC in Sindupalchowk District, Nepal.

On October 26th, Mary, Chairperson of the Chama Cha Mapinduzi Women Wing (CWT), visited the doctor's dormitory project at the Abdulla Mzee Hospital in Zanzibar, Tanzania, which is being managed and designed by CQEC as part of the aid program.

On August 15, 2023, the main structure of the CQEC Aid Tanzania Zanzibar Abdulla Mzee Hospital Doctor's Dormitory Project was topped off.

The first China-Central Asia Summit will be held in Xi 'an, Shaanxi Province from May 18 to 19. Central Asia, where the Belt and Road Initiative was first proposed, is also a demonstration zone for high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. Over the past 10 years since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward, China and the five Central Asian countries have been actively coordinating their development strategies and achieving fruitful results in high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.
