When China faced the hardest time in the battle against COVID-19, anti-epidemic materials donated by overseas branches of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP) flooded into the country, effectively relieving the pressure from shortage of urgently needed supplies. Despite the facts that the prices of medical supplies spiked overseas, some foreign airlines suspended flights to China, and some countries even banned exporting of epidemic prevention materials to China, CECEP branches in Cote d'Ivoire, Southern Africa, Madagascar, South Asia, Togo-Benin, the Philippines, Central Asia-Mongolia, and Sri Lanka overcame various difficulties and transported anti-epidemic materials they purchased via multiple channels including pharmacies, hospitals, pharmaceutical agents and trading companies to China to support the fight against COVID-19. This picture shows employees of the Cote d'Ivoire branch packing anti-epidemic supplies to be transported to China.
