This program is a charitable project CECEP started five years ago to assist poor rural students. By supporting education, it aims to strength the region's capability and foundation of poverty reduction.
With the belief that knowledge changes people’s fate and education brings them a better future, starting in 2013, the leaders and staff of CECEP have regularly donated for students of low-income families who are enrolled by colleges. So far, they have raised 3 million yuan for 600 students, easing the burden of their families who would otherwise have slipped deeper in poverty for paying for their kids' education.
