From July 2 to 4, the Third National Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry Vocational Skills Competition for Maintenance Electricians and Equipment Inspectors, along with the CECEP Trade Union Cadre Training Program, was successfully held in Chongqing.
At the “Showcasing the Craftsmanship of CECEP Staff and Cultivating First-class Skilled Talent” competition, 85 exceptional contestants from 11 subsidiary companies came together to pursue their dreams and demonstrate their skills. The event concluded with the emergence of new “National Technical Experts” and “CECEP Experts” after a series of rigorous and orderly competitions.
Alongside the competition, a Trade Union Cadre Training Program was also held. Experts from organizations such as China Mobile and the Mechanical Industry Talent Assessment Center delivered engaging and detailed lectures on cultivating model workers, effective evaluation practices, and enhancing skilled talent teams. Trade union representatives visited China Mobile’s CMIOT Exhibition Center, R&D Center, Open Laboratory, and Model Workers’ Studio, where they focused on new industries and productive forces for benchmarking and learning.
