Recently, the 19th ECO Expo Asia, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and co-organized by the Hong Kong Environment and Ecology Bureau (EEB), was held at the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE). Invited to participate for the 10th consecutive year, CECEPHK joined this year’s event, which centered on the theme Advancing Green Innovation to Achieve Dual Carbon Goals. The expo brought together nearly 300 exhibitors from the Mainland of China, Southeast Asia, and countries along the Belt and Road, along with approximately 40 delegations and 190 officials. Key areas of focus included new energy, water treatment, waste management, green building, green transportation, green finance and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).
At the event, CECEPHK participated alongside fellow subsidiaries of the group, including China Geo-engineering Corporation, CNEPG, CECEP Solar, CECEP Wind-power Corporation, TECHAND, and CECEP Guozhen, contributing to the group’s efforts in advancing its international operations. During the expo, CECEPHK showcased CECEP’s flagship position in the energy conservation and environmental protection sectors and its comprehensive solutions. They also engaged with government representatives, visiting delegations, exhibitors and the public to demonstrate their willingness to foster international cooperation.
