On November 8, the Empowering New Communication with New Quality – 10th China Corporate New Media Annual Conference, hosted by the News Center of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), was held in Beijing. Niu Yibing, deputy director of the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, vice minister of the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC), and Tan Zuojun, Member of the CPC Committee and Vice Chairman of SASAC, attended the event and delivered speeches.
At this year's conference, the 2024 China Corporate New Media Innovation, Creativity and Content Awards were announced. CECEP won the 2024 China Corporate New Media Content Award for its themed video, Within Inches, which uses dynamic cinematography to depict how CECEP employees' precise and dedicated efforts contribute to building a beautiful China. The video vividly illustrates the commitment behind the preservation of lush mountains and lucid waters. It premiered on World Environment Day on the SASAC WeChat Video Channel and CECEP's official WeChat account and was shared across platforms including China Electric Power News, El Popola Ĉinio (from China International Communications Group), Xuexi.cn, and Toutiao.com, reaching over a million views.
This marks CECEP’s fourth win of the China Corporate New Media Content Award, underscoring its ongoing commitment to media integration and innovative communication, strengthening its brand as a leading advocate and national team for energy conservation and environmental protection.
