Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, held the 2024 National Vocational Skills Competition—18th "Revitalization Cup" National Youth Vocational Skills Competition under the theme "Strive Forward to Embark on a New Journey, Shoulder Responsibilities to Achieve New Successes". The Group's Youth League organized a preliminary round of a special competition on innovation and efficiency across the entire system. After multiple rounds of selection, four projects were recommended to represent the Group in the semi-finals. Ultimately, the project by General Water of China Co.,Ltd, Simulation Optimization and Experimental Research on Low-carbon Sludge Drying and Incineration Process Systems, was approved by the national committee and received the Excellence Award in the R&D and Innovation category.
