From October 13 to 15, CECEP Chairman Song Xin led a delegation to Egypt for an inspection tour.
During the visit, Song and his team conducted on-site inspections of several Chinese enterprises in Egypt, including Xi'an Electric Manufacturing Complex-EGEMAC High Voltage Electrical Co., Ltd under China Electrical Equipment Group Co., Ltd, Jushi Egypt Fiberglass Co., Ltd under China National Building Materials Group Corporation, and Haier Egypt Ecological Park. They gathered detailed insights on how these Chinese companies are developing the Middle East market and localizing their operations. Song also evaluated the local market's potential for energy-saving upgrades, waste management and environmental protection initiatives, drawing on prior project investment and construction experiences to discuss cultural integration, risk management, cost reduction, and safety and environmental standards in project operations. In addition, Song Xin held discussions with partners such as EGEMAC of Egypt to explore collaboration opportunities for international business expansion.
Representatives from CECEP Office, Strategy Department, China Geo-engineering Corporation, TECHAND and CECEP Building Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. participated in the visit.
