Arab Hoballah, chief of the Sustainable Lifestyles, Cities and Industry Branch of United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and Li Xiang, executive chief of Sustainable Urban Development and Livable Garden Community Programme (SUC), recently visited the Xixi Shouzuo project in Hangzhou, which was developed by CECEP Industry Development Co., Ltd. as China’s first international exchange and practice base of sustainable communities.

On February 8, CECEP successfully registered for Debt Financing Instruments (DFI) qualification with National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), becoming the first Chinese company receiving this qualification in the year. The qualification is valid for two years.
