On November 27 and 28 local time, Comorian President Azali Assoumani, together with all cabinet members, attended the commencement and signing ceremonies of two projects undertaken by China Geo-Engineering Corporation Madagascar Branch, namely the water supply in four districts of Anjouan Island under the United Nations Green Fund and a road project on Anjouan Island under Saudi Arabia Fund.

On November 28, as the impeller of the 55th wind turbine slowly started to operate, all the wind turbines of CECEP’s 300MW offshore wind power project on Nanpeng Island in Yangjiang City, south China’s Guangdong Province, were connected to the grid for power generation.

On the morning of November 3, the annual National Science and Technology Awards Conference was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The conference announced the Decision of the State Council on the 2020 National Science and Technology Awards, granting 157 national science and technology progress awards, including two special prizes, 18 first prizes and 137 second prizes.
