As a central enterprise, CECEP has been actively playing the major role in the implementation of a series of major national strategies, continuing to act as a leader and fulfilling the mission of central enterprises.

In recent years, with the development of ecological civilization, "system governance" has gradually become a new key word from natural resource management to ecological environment restoration.

Since China put forward the goal of achieving carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060, the work has been steadily promoted in good order with positive results being achieved in top-level design and policy implementation.

2021 is a crucial year for the three-year reform of state-owned enterprises. On the basis of resolutely completing the three-year action plan of the reform, CECEP focuses on key and difficult points to make breakthroughs, to ensure high-quality completion of all reform tasks, and to strive for vitality and benefit from the reform.

As the National People's Congress is upcoming, on February 28th CECEP held the press briefing 2022.

On February 17th, CCTV News launched a series of micro-documentaries named China Warm Current, with special reports on the 70 MW “photovoltaic+intelligent agriculture” power station in Changxing, the 70 MW “photovoltaic+ecological treatment” power station in coal mining subsidence areas in Suzhou, and Zhong Bo, the engineering/agriculture director of the construction and operation management department in East China.

In February, 2022 CECEP Finance actively promoted the collection of cross-bank account information on the global fund management platform on the basis of promoting the visual authorization of overseas bank accounts of the Group in the early stage.

CECEP’s first month has got off to a flying start. Having fully implemented the requirements of SASAC meeting of the heads of central SOEs, CECEP has continuously tapped the market potential, opened up broader market space and accelerated the landing of key projects, with the confidence and resolve in “start means a sprint as well as a decisive battle”.
