On October 20, the Product Category Rules (PCR) for Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) of Lubricating Products (Version 1.0.0), co-drafted by CECEP Research Center as the primary contributor and technical support unit, and led by Sinopec Lubricant Co., Ltd., was officially released under the International EPD System.

On October 23, Liao Jiasheng, Chairman of CECEP, met with Lin Zhengdao, Global Senior Advisor and General Manager of the Global Chairman’s Office of Sinar Mas, at CECEP headquarters.

On October 24, the ESG International Expo 2025 was held in Beijing. Attendees included Shao Ning, former Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Vice Chairman of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC);

On October 22, Liao Jiasheng, Chairman of the Group, held a working meeting with Liu Qiong, Director of the National Energy Conservation Center, at the Group’s headquarters.

On October 17, the handover ceremony for the China-aided Tonga Royal Tomb Periphery Renovation Project—the first royal tomb project aided by China—was held. The project was designed and managed by CQEC.
