On December 27, the China Federation of Industrial Economics held the Fourth China Industrial Carbon Peak Forum in Qingdao, at which CECEP was included in the 2025 China’s Top Runner for Industrial Carbon Peaking list. Du Le, Deputy General Manager of CECEP, attended the forum by invitation and delivered a keynote speech.

On November 25, the National Data Administration launched the first round of pilot programs in Beijing for the development and utilization of data resources by state-owned enterprises, identifying 12 central SOEs, including CECEP, as lead pilot entities.
