From August 17 to 21, CECEP held its 2026 new employee training program.
Liu Dajun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of CECEP, extended a warm welcome to the new employees on behalf of the Group’s Party Committee. Focusing on five areas—studying the theory, understanding opportunities, clarifying the path of development, fulfilling the mission, and staying true to the original aspiration—he delivered the first session of the training program under the theme “Deepening Understanding of Innovative Theory, Charting the Course for Development, and Working with Youthful Dedication to Build a Beautiful China”.
During the training, officials from relevant departments at the Group headquarters and selected second-tier subsidiaries delivered systematic sessions tailored to the needs of new employees. The sessions covered Party consciousness education, integrity in the workplace, the Group’s 15th Five-Year Plan, corporate culture, scientific and technological innovation, safety and environmental protection, as well as the Group’s core business segments and key business areas. Combining theoretical study with project-based practice, the training was designed to help new employees adapt to their new roles more quickly, build a solid foundation for fulfilling their responsibilities, and inspire young talent to devote themselves with energy and enthusiasm to the Group’s reform and development, injecting fresh vitality into the Group’s high-quality development.
More than 1,000 new employees, including recent graduates and those recruited from the wider workforce, participated in the training sessions both on site and via video.
