The 2022 World Manufacturing Convention, themed "Manufacturing for a better world", kicked off in Hefei of Anhui province on Sept 20. Zheng Shanjie, Secretary of the CPC Committee of Anhui Province and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress delivered a speech. Wang Qingxian, deputy secretary of the CPC Committee and Governor of Anhui Province presided over the opening ceremony. Zhao Shitang, member of the CPC Committee and deputy director of SASAC attended the ceremony. Song Xin, Party secretary and chairman of the group company, was invited for attendance.
During the event, Song Xin attended the forum on cooperation and development between Anhui Province and central enterprises and made a keynote speech. He pointed out that for a long time, CECEP has established a stable relationship of strategic cooperation with Anhui Province, invested more than 16 billion RMB in 16 towns and cities in Anhui Province, and planned to follow up various projects of nearly 20 billion RMB.
Song Xin stressed that CECEP will adhere to innovation, actively promote the construction of industrialization bases and key areas of technological breakthroughs, to provide strong support for Anhui Province to carry out high-level innovation. CECEP will give full play to the advantages of solutions for energy conservation, ecology and environmental protection, plan and implement a number of key projects, and provide comprehensive service guarantee for the green and low-carbon development of Anhui Province. CECEP will focus on building demonstration benchmarks and cultivating development and growth of CECEP Guozhen listed in Anhui, and actively create a number of demonstration projects with distinctive characteristics and good reputation. CECEP will also focus on the "double carbon" goal, actively explore the multi-energy complementary energy supply and efficient utilization mode, so as to help with the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development of Anhui.
