On the afternoon of April 20, the group company held a symposium for young employees. The secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the group company attended the meeting and listened to the voices of young employees, encouraging them to make suggestions for the reform and development of the group based on their actual positions.

At the symposium, based on their own work, young employees spoke enthusiastically around scientific and technological innovation, talent training, digital transformation, research and development of low-carbon technology, development of hydrogen energy industry, etc., and talked about their feelings, experiences and suggestions from many aspects and angles. In view of the concentrated and prominent problems reflected by young employees, Song Xin listened and took notes, and from time to time "interrupted" with in-depth discussions. The atmosphere was great.

Song Xin fully affirmed the effectiveness of the symposium. He pointed out that the convening of this symposium was a practical measure to implement the study and education of Party history to "do practical things" for young people. It not only fully absorbed good opinions and suggestions for the reform and development of the group, but also promoted the exchanges among young employees in the group system.

In response to the questions of scientific and technological innovation and talent training that everyone was concerned about, Song Xin responded one by one, and put forward six hopes and work requirements. Firstly, we should continue to deepen the implementation of the various work arrangements of the "Year of Science and Technology Innovation". We should make unremitting efforts to ensure the implementation of science and technology innovation, and promote the progress from macro to meso then to micro level. Secondly, we should pay attention to the cultivation of talents, especially of innovative talents in science and technology. By broadening the channels for growing and building innovative platforms, innovative talents will have a channel for growth and a stage for innovation. Thirdly, we should focus on creating a good atmosphere for innovation. Through timely publicity, the Group's emphasis on scientific and technological innovation will be conveyed to every employee and every team, so that the scientific and technical personnel can feel valued, and those who know their professions, want to do things and be able to do things will be motivated, ambitious and full of hope. Fourthly, we should continuously increase the publicity and implementation of the Group's existing policies, so that all departments and units can know and understand the policies in time, and translate them into practical work measures and concrete actions. Fifthly, it is necessary to build a talent training base, sustainably train young leading talents in scientific and technological innovation, and provide strong talent support for improving the independent innovation capability of the Group. Sixthly, we should establish a normalized communication and exchange mechanism, regularly organize symposiums for young employees, convey the messages of the headquarters to the primary level in a timely manner, and allow the opinions and suggestions from the front lines to be better absorbed and adopted by the Group, forming a joint force to promote development.

More than 20 people attended the meeting, including heads of the company office, representatives of young employees from the headquarters and subsidiaries.
