On March 29th, the ninth plenary meeting of the first session of the Shaanxi Provincial National Defense Trade Union Committee was held ceremoniously, at which a number of advanced collectives and individuals were commended. CQEC BIM Application Research Center was named "Pioneer Worker of National Defense System in Shaanxi Province", and the company's trade union was named "Outstanding Unit of Key Work Assessment in 2021".
CQEC BIM Application Research Center was established in 2013 and now has 20 members. It consists of two professional groups, namely, 3D design and animation simulation, which are involved in high-voltage test, transformer technology, general layout planning, architecture, structure, water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation, thermal power, electrical and other specialties. Its main business includes 3D forward design, complex space pipeline synthesis and clearance analysis, building environment analysis, multimedia production, animation roaming, process logistics simulation analysis and digital production line planning. It has successively completed more than 40 production tasks and technological innovations such as Chongqing ABB intelligent manufacturing base relocation project, Wuhan base of China Electric Power Research Institute, Shenyang UHV casing project of TBEA, Digital production line planning on Igor column, BIM forward design of evaluation building of State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Research Institute, etc. It has won the second prize of BIM application competition design group of Qinhan Cup in Shaanxi Province, the third prize of BIM application competition comprehensive group of Ping An Chengke Cup in Shaanxi Province, the third prize of skill group and excellence award of comprehensive group of BIM competition in Shaanxi Province, and the excellence award of design group of Tangdu Cup in Xi 'an, etc., which has made important contributions to promoting the company's three-dimensional collaborative design and digital transformation of process line planning.
