Recently, the CECEP (Jiangxi) Headquarters Base Project (currently known as CECEP International Center) invested and constructed by CECEP Environmental Protection Investment Development (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jiangxi Branch) was granted the 2020-2021 National Quality Engineering Award by China Construction Enterprise Management Association. The project covers an area of 28,366 ㎡, with a building area of 230,000 ㎡. It is located on the beautiful Aixi Lake in the economic belt of the east headquarters of Nanchang. CECEP International Center is a key green benchmark project in central China developed by CECEP and its Jiangxi Branch. The project runs through the concept of green energy conservation from design to construction. It is the only three-star super-high-rise building among office buildings in Jiangxi Province, and has won the "Green Construction Technology Demonstration Project" issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the "Azalea Award for Construction Project in Jiangxi Province" issued by Jiangxi Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the highest-level three-star certification of green building issued by the state.
It is understood that the National Quality Engineering Award was established in 1981. It is the earliest national quality award with the highest specification across industries and disciplines in China's engineering construction field, which is recognized by the State Council. It is as famous as the Luban Award. Winning the National Quality Engineering Award is the full affirmation and praise of the project management and quality of CECEP International Center by the national competent department, which will further enhance the influence and popularity of the CECEP brand in the industry.
