Recently, China Qiyuan Engineering Corporation (thereinafter referred to as CQEC) received a letter of appreciation from Emile Abayisenga, the Principal of IPRC Musanze in Rwanda, who thanked Mao Jintian (on-site management team leader), Liu Bo (on-site translator) and the project management team for their solidarity, cooperation and mutual assistance during the two years of project implementation.
