Recently, the list of winners of 2020-2021 National Quality Project Award and 2021 Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Award of Guangdong Province was officially announced. Two projects of Shenzhen branch of CQEC won three awards.
Qianhai Free Trade Tower won 2020-2021 National Quality Project Gold Award and the 3rd place of 2021 Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Award of Guangdong Province.
As the first batch of Grade A+ office buildings in FTZ, this project is advanced and representative in the industry, and its comprehensive indicators of energy saving and environmental protection are at the leading level in China of the same period with remarkable economic benefits. The completion of Qianhai Free Trade Tower has actively promoted the industrial optimization and upgrading and economic development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This project has won the first prize of Excellent Engineering Design of China Machinery Industry and the first prize of Excellent Engineering Design of Shenzhen.
CECEP (Jiangxi) Headquarters Base Project won the 2020-2021 National Quality Project Gold Award.
The project is located in the core area CBD of Aixihu Headquarters in Nanchang High-tech Zone, and the western part of the base is closely linked to Aixihu Wetland Park, with a total land area of 28,366 ㎡, a total building area of 228,166.63 ㎡ and a building height of 191.40m. This project has won the second prize of Excellent Engineering Design of China Machinery Industry and the bronze medal for Excellent Architectural Construction Drawing Design of Shenzhen.
