Four CECEP Wind Farms Rated above AAA Level

On August 9, China Electricity Council released the 2020 benchmarking results of operation indicators of Chinese wind power enterprises. A total of 2,164 wind farms of 49 power generation (investment) companies participated in the benchmarking, with installed capacity totaling more than 195 million kilowatts. A total of 439 wind farms were rated as national wind farms above AAA level.

Among the named wind farms, four belong to CECEP Wind-power Corporation Co., Ltd. The Mazongshan Wind Farm of CECEP (North Gansu) Wind-power Corporation and the Xinghe Wind Farm (Phase I) of CECEP (Inner Mongolia) Wind-power Corporation were rated AAAA. The Songshantan Yingpan Wind Farm of CECEP (Tianzhu) Wind-power Corporation and the Delingha Gahai Wind Farm (Phase II) of Qinghai Dongfang Hualu New Energy Investment Corporation were rated AAA.

Since they began operation, the wind farms under CECEP have been continuously enhancing benchmarking management, conducting indicator analysis of the operation and maintenance of the equipment, strengthening the maintenance of electricity distribution equipment of the wind farms and  implementing measures to conserve energy and reduce consumption so as to lower the unit cost of operation, improve the operation capabilities of the wind farms, and guarantee continuous upgrade of the performance of wind turbines of the CECEP’s wind power system.
