Currently, construction of an air-film training hall at the national comprehensive training base for ice and snow sports, a supporting venue for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, is in full swing. Beijing Geotechnical and Investigation Engineering Institute, a subsidiary of China Geo-engineering Corporation under CECEP, participates in the project. To make sure that the training hall is put into use as soon as possible, the project team of the institute, responding to the call for an environmentally-friendly Olympic Games, is racing against the clock to advance high-quality construction while maintaining epidemic prevention and control measures and attaching importance to environmental protection. It aims to create an excellent project and make a contribution to the Beijing Winter Olympics.
The project is located at a state-level training base for ice and snow sports in Chengde, Hebei Province. After completion, it will be put into continuous use as a venue for ice and snow sports to address the difficulty of training during non-winter seasons.
