SF Headquarters Building Designed by China Qiyuan Engineering Corporation Wins Green Building Certifications

SF headquarters building designed by the Shenzhen branch of China Qiyuan Engineering Corporation was recently awarded a two-star green building label and a gold-level LEED certification for New Construction and Renovation (LEEDNC). 

SF headquarters building covers an area of 6,118.8 square meters. Its total construction area measures 93,366.82 square meters and the height of the building reaches 199.8 meters. The design employs multiple low-carbon, environmental-friendly and smart green building technologies including sub-metering technology for energy consumption, high-efficient water chilling units, high-efficient energy-saving building enclosure and illuminating system, CO monitoring in basement, CO2 exhaust ventilation system, central cooling system, and rain water recharge system. The energy saving rate for the building reached 51.24 percent and the utilization rate of non-traditional water is 2.03 percent, showing the capability of China Qiyuan Engineering Corporation in architectural design.
