A delegation headed by Philip Mihlmester, head of global energy of ICF International Inc. visited CECEP headquarters on November 13, and had a meeting with CECEP Deputy CEO Li Jie. The two sides discussed cooperation on policy research, energy efficiency, and import of environment-friendly technologies, as well as the China-Europe energy cooperation platform jointly developed by the two companies.
Li briefed the delegation on CECEP’s main business and the progress in pollution treatment in the Yangtze River undertaken by CECEP. He expressed the desire to increase cooperation with ICF and jointly explore consultation markets within and outside China by tapping into their respective advantages.
Mihlmester gave a briefing on the main business of ICF, including its work in the fields of climate change adaptation, big data, clean energy and policy consultation. He said that ICF is willing to offer advanced technologies and management know-how for China’s efforts to save energy and cut emissions together with CECEP.
