Recently, a staff innovation project of CECEP DADI Environmental Remediation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CECDADI) was successfully selected for the 11th Employee “Five Small” Innovation Achievement List of Hangzhou, while multiple science and technology support funds were successively approved and disbursed. These achievements demonstrate the company’s concrete efforts to implement the higher-level Party committee’s requirements to overcome difficulties and reflect the recognition from government authorities at various levels of CECDADI’s innovation-driven development. They have also provided fresh momentum for the company to pursue technological breakthroughs and commercialize its innovations.
Focusing on groundwater pollution prevention and control, the portable DNAPL extraction equipment was successfully selected. Following the release of Hangzhou’s 11th Employee “Five Small” Innovation Achievement List, CECDADI’s project A Portable Extraction Device for Dense Non-Aqueous Phase Liquids was successfully selected. Developed in response to the practical needs for the extraction, collection and treatment of dense non-aqueous phase liquids (DNAPLs) in groundwater pollution prevention and control in China, as well as challenges including the lack of domestically produced equipment, high prices of imported equipment and long lead times for spare parts, the project has resulted in a portable DNAPL extraction device with independently owned intellectual property rights. Compact and easy to operate, the device features low energy consumption and processing costs, as well as convenient replacement of spare parts. It can be widely adapted to scenarios such as industrial parks and former industrial sites, supporting groundwater pollution prevention and control.
Multiple policy incentives have been implemented, providing fresh momentum for innovation-driven development. In 2026, CECDADI received a total of 711,200 yuan in various forms of government support, including funding for Hangzhou’s tiered cultivation program for specialized and sophisticated enterprises, local subsidies for national key R&D program projects, and special funding for patents. The company has long focused on the specialized environmental remediation sector and remained committed to specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative development. It has been recognized as a specialized and sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprise in Zhejiang Province and undertaken projects under the national key R&D program, conducting research to address key technological challenges in the industry. As a patent demonstration enterprise in Zhejiang Province, it was successfully included in the growth-stage category of the Golden Seed Program and recommended for continued cultivation in the national cultivation database, providing strong support for its innovation-driven development.
CECDADI will continue to make effective use of policy support funds, focus on breakthroughs in core technologies, further deepen collaborative innovation among industry, academia and research institutions, steadily advance the tiered cultivation of specialized and sophisticated enterprises and the development of its intellectual property system, and continuously enhance its innovation capabilities, empowering high-quality and sustainable development through technological innovation.
