From September 9 to 11, CECEP held a training and benchmarking seminar on lean management and learning from world-class companies. Cao Huabin, deputy general manager of CECEP, attended the event and delivered remarks. The training combined classroom instruction, discussions and exchanges, and field visits, offering rich and practical content in an efficient format that effectively enhanced the lean management capabilities and value-creation capacity of subsidiaries at all levels.
Cao Huabin noted that 2026 has been designated by CECEP as the Year of Overcoming Challenges. The Group as a whole should further advance its value-creation initiative to benchmark against world-class enterprises, integrate lean management principles deeply into all aspects of production and operations, accelerate the exploration and application of artificial intelligence, establish and improve incentive and support mechanisms, and drive lean management to deeper and more substantive levels across the Group, providing strong support for building a world-class energy conservation and environmental protection industry group.
Nearly 600 participants, including executives overseeing operations at second- and third-tier subsidiaries, heads of relevant departments and team leaders, as well as representatives from the Operations Department of CECEP, took part in the training at the main venue and via video-linked sessions.
