On September 1, CECEP's largest-capacity wind turbine to date, a 10 MW unit, was successfully hoisted for the first time at the CECEP Qahar Right Front Banner 500 MW Industrial Park Green Power Supply Project. The milestone marks CECEP's entry into China's leading tier in the commercial operation of large-capacity onshore wind turbines.
The Qahar Right Front Banner 500 MW Industrial Park Green Power Supply Project is CECEP's largest single wind power project and its first green power supply project for an industrial park. It also features the largest-capacity wind turbine currently operated by the Group. The project's construction is of significant demonstration value for exploring green power supply models for industrial parks.
Going forward, CECWPC will take this milestone as a new starting point and further implement the Group's Year of Overcoming Challenges initiative. The company will build on its hoisting experience, continuously strengthen safety and quality control throughout the entire project process, and focus on developing a high-quality project and a demonstration project, contributing the expertise and strength of a central state-owned enterprise to the high-quality development of the regional green energy industry.
