On July 30, Liao Jiasheng, Chairman of CECEP, visited Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, to inspect projects undertaken by CECWPC Inner Mongolia Regional Company. Du Le, Deputy General Manager of CECEP, accompanied the inspection.

Liao and his delegation visited the construction site of the Tianpishan 500 MW Green Power Project for the Industrial Park in Qahar Youyi Front Banner, the Luzimiao 800 MWh Standalone Energy Storage Station and the Virtual Power Plant Operations Center. They received detailed briefings on project construction, operational management, electricity trading and business development, and extended their greetings to employees working on the front line.

While fully acknowledging the progress achieved, Liao outlined the priorities for the next stage of work. First, he called for accelerating the construction of projects currently underway by strengthening management of quality, safety and schedules, establishing standardized end-to-end project management, reducing construction costs, and delivering high-quality benchmark projects. Second, he urged the company to seize the opportunities presented by the 15th Five-Year Plan period by accelerating the development of diversified businesses, including new energy storage, virtual power plants, zero-carbon industrial parks, integrated computing and power solutions, and green electricity-based hydrogen, ammonia and methanol production, with the aim of fostering new growth drivers and profit streams. Third, he emphasized enhancing refined management of operational projects, strengthening coordination with the power grid, and adopting multiple measures to improve profitability in support of the Group's core businesses. Fourth, he stressed maintaining a strong focus on this year's business targets by advancing market expansion, technological innovation, safety, environmental protection and other key initiatives in an orderly manner to ensure the successful completion of the objectives for the Year of Tackling Challenges. Fifth, he called for continued, in-depth implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building, promoting deeper integration of Party building with production and business operations, advancing rectification efforts under the ongoing Party education campaign, and using high-quality Party building to drive and safeguard high-quality corporate development.
Zhao Youmin, Secretary to the Board of Directors and Director of the Cooperation Department, together with representatives from the General Office, the Strategy Department, CECWPC, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Market Development Center and other relevant units, participated in the inspection.
