Recently, CECEP Solar Zhenjiang Branch achieved another breakthrough in expanding its integrated energy services business by winning the operation and maintenance (O&M) contract under the third public service procurement project for 2026 launched by State Grid Xizang Electric Power Company Limited. The project will provide operation, maintenance and repair services for residential photovoltaic systems in Nagqu, located in the heart of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau in southwestern China. The contract marks a major breakthrough in Zhenjiang Branch's capability to deliver energy O&M services in high-altitude, harsh environments and represents a strategic expansion of its market presence.
Nagqu, situated in the interior of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau, is characterized by its high altitude and harsh natural conditions, placing exceptionally high demands on the stable operation of residential photovoltaic systems and the reliability of maintenance services. The project will integrate a digital energy and carbon management platform throughout the entire O&M process, enabling remote monitoring, intelligent early warning and energy efficiency analysis for distributed residential photovoltaic power stations. Through a tailored smart O&M solution designed for plateau conditions, it will help ensure the reliable supply of clean energy while supporting economic and social development and improving people's livelihoods in the Nagqu region.
