On April 27, the AI+ACC intelligent upgrade project of CNEPG Hanzhong company successfully completed its full-process completion acceptance. The project was developed to address key pain points and operational challenges in the industry. It provides a customized integrated intelligent solution for the core production scenarios of waste incineration and flue gas treatment. Focusing on weaknesses in production management and efficiency improvement, the project established a precise, intelligent and highly efficient AI-based control system. The system collects critical operational data in real time, including boiler load and flue gas emissions, dynamically identifies changes in operating conditions, and automatically optimizes key parameters such as airflow, feed rate and combustion performance. Following implementation, the project fundamentally transformed the traditional model that relied on manual experience for process control, achieving three major breakthroughs: more stable boiler operation, higher unit efficiency and more precise parameter adjustment. It effectively addressed common industry challenges such as large fluctuations in waste-incineration operating conditions and delays associated with manual control, fully meeting the project’s targeted upgrade objectives and performance indicators.
The acceptance process was conducted in a rigorous and standardized manner. Following comprehensive evaluations that included long-term trial-operation monitoring, item-by-item verification of core data, and on-site inspections and reviews, all functional performance indicators met the required standards. The equipment operated steadily, and the system demonstrated safe and reliable performance.
