On April 17, Liao Jiasheng, Chairman of CECEP, visited the headquarters of Jianlong Group and held a working meeting with Zhang Zhixiang, Chairman and President of Jianlong Group. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on strengthening practical cooperation. Ruan Xiaojiang, Vice President of Jianlong Group, and Zheng Zhaohui, Chief Economist of CECEP and Chairman of CECEP Data, attended the meeting.
Liao Jiasheng expressed his appreciation for the warm reception from Jianlong Group and introduced the basic profile, core business layout and strategic planning of CECEP. He noted that as a central enterprise focused on energy conservation and environmental protection, CECEP consistently practices Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and firmly serves the national dual-carbon goals and the Beautiful China initiative, with extensive business accumulation and a range of core technologies in its main sectors. As a leading enterprise in the steel and resources industries, Jianlong Group has strong overall capabilities and diverse business scenarios, offering vast potential for cooperation between the two sides. CECEP looks forward to further strengthening cooperation with Jianlong Group in areas such as comprehensive flue gas treatment, industrial waste heat utilization, carbon asset management, AI-enabled pollution and carbon reduction, and green power supply for industrial parks, so as to fully leverage their respective strengths, expand new space for high-quality development, and inject new momentum.
Zhang Zhixiang welcomed Liao Jiasheng and his delegation and introduced Jianlong Group’s development and business layout. He stated that as a large private heavy industry group, Jianlong Group has always focused on its two core businesses—steel and resources—while adhering to a green and low-carbon development path. CECEP has rich practical experience and leading technological strength in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection, and the prospects for cooperation between the two sides are broad.
