On January 26, CECEP Building Energy Conservation’s first integrated PV–storage–charge–discharge charging station—the Changfu West Road PV-Storage Charging Station in Chongqing—was fully completed and officially put into operation. The successful commissioning of the project marks a key step forward for the company in advancing the deep integration of transportation and energy, providing a replicable and scalable systematic solution and a tangible demonstration model for regional green mobility and the development of new-type power systems.
As a smart energy project integrating photovoltaic power generation, energy storage systems, high-power charging and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) interaction, the Changfu West Road station is supported by an advanced intelligent energy management system. It enables dynamic matching and coordinated regulation of source, grid, load, storage and vehicles, and establishes a diversified revenue model combining charging service fees, photovoltaic power savings and energy storage arbitrage. This lays a solid foundation for building a near-zero-carbon demonstration station and contributes through concrete action to the achievement of the national dual-carbon goals.
CECEP Building Energy Conservation will continue to focus on the green and low-carbon sector, enhance operational efficiency through digital platforms, actively explore diversified models such as virtual power plants, and strive to promote the unified development of economic, environmental and social benefits.
