The 2026 World Energy Storage Conference opened on October 15 in Ningde, Fujian Province. Co-hosted by the Equipment Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ningde Municipal People's Government, the conference is a world-class energy storage event approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology system. Cao Huabin, deputy general manager of CECEP, attended the opening ceremony on behalf of the Group.
During the conference, Cao Huabin held a working meeting with Liu Dufan, executive vice mayor of Ningde. The two sides exchanged views in depth on renewable energy development, zero-carbon industrial parks, solid waste treatment, and value-added services related to China's carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. They agreed that there was broad potential for cooperation and pledged to leverage their respective strengths, strengthen engagement and collaboration, and advance practical cooperation between the central state-owned enterprise and the local government.
Relevant officials from the Group's Cooperation Department, Greater Bay Area Market Development Center, CECEP Solar, and Valiant also participated in these activities.
