On January 22, Liao Jiasheng, Chairman of CECEP, met with Liu Jiyong, Chairman of Inspur Group, and his delegation at the CECEP headquarters. The two sides held in-depth discussions on advancing practical cooperation. Cao Huabin, Deputy General Manager of CECEP, and Wang Hongtian, Deputy General Manager of Inspur, also attended the meeting.
Liao Jiasheng extended a warm welcome to Liu Jiyong and his delegation and spoke highly of Inspur’s contributions to safeguarding national information security and promoting the development of the digital industry. He introduced CECEP’s basic profile, business layout and its 15th Five-Year Plan strategy. He noted that, as a central state-owned enterprise with energy conservation and environmental protection as its core business, CECEP has consistently studied and implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization, firmly shouldered its political responsibility to serve the building of a Beautiful China and advance the national dual-carbon goals, and remained committed to building a world-class energy-saving and environmental protection industrial group. He added that Inspur has deep expertise and leading technologies in digital and intelligent development, with a solid foundation and broad prospects for cooperation with CECEP. CECEP hopes to strengthen cooperation with Inspur in areas such as digital and intelligent platform development, scenario-based services for energy saving and carbon reduction, and energy management for data centers, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of both sides.
Liu Jiyong expressed sincere thanks for CECEP’s warm reception and spoke highly of its notable achievements in serving ecological civilization and promoting green and low-carbon development. He introduced Inspur’s development history, business layout and latest achievements in the digital economy. He noted that, as one of China’s earliest IT enterprises, Inspur has long been committed to becoming a world-class service provider for digital transformation of the economy and society, and looks forward to deepening cooperation with CECEP. He expressed hope that, taking this meeting as an opportunity, the two sides would further strengthen cooperation in areas such as AI-enabled services for energy conservation and environmental protection, enterprise digital and intelligent management, and the development of zero-carbon data centers, fully leveraging their respective strengths, innovating cooperation models, and striving to achieve mutual benefit, win-win outcomes and coordinated development.
