The results of the 2025 National Employee Technological Innovation Achievements Exhibition for the Machinery, Metallurgy and Building Materials Industries, organized by the China Machinery, Metallurgy and Building Materials Workers Technical Association, were recently announced. Thirteen employee innovation achievements from CECEP subsidiaries, including CECEP Wind-power Corporation, General Water of China Co.,Ltd, CNEPG, Valiant, CECEP Guozhen, and China New Era Group Corporation, were recognized among 1,689 submissions nationwide. These included four second prizes and nine third prizes. The winning projects focused on tackling critical bottlenecks affecting quality and efficiency enhancement across various energy conservation and environmental protection fields, as well as addressing skill-based challenges in improving production and operational efficiency. These achievements fully demonstrate CECEP's strong emphasis on fostering grassroots small-scale innovations among its employees and have significantly boosted company-wide enthusiasm for excelling in their roles and driving employee-driven innovation.
