Recently, at the 2025 Golden Bull Corporate Sustainable Development Forum themed “Good Governance for Long-Term Progress, Green Momentum for the Future”, Valiant, a subsidiary of CECEP, was awarded the third CRHC Cup · ESG Golden Bull Award. Jointly organized by China Securities Journal and China Reform Holdings Corporation, the award selects ESG best practices through a rigorous and scientific evaluation system. Valiant was the only central SOE from the fine chemicals sector to receive this honor.
As a platform-based listed company driven by R&D innovation, Valiant has long focused on the development and industrialization of advanced new materials since its establishment. It has evolved from a leader in a single material category into a multi-category materials leader, ranking sixth among China’s Top 100 Fine Chemical Enterprises and second among China’s Top 10 Green and Low-Carbon Fine Chemical Enterprises. The company is currently engaged in the R&D, production and sales of products across four sectors: electronic information materials, environmental protection materials, new energy materials, and life sciences and pharmaceuticals. In terms of sustainable development, Valiant has integrated the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into its management practices and established a sound sustainability management system. Going forward, the company will continue to uphold the principles of sustainable development and contribute its strength to global sustainability efforts.
