On the afternoon of October 29, the China–Saudi Business Roundtable, co-hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Saudi Ministry of Investment, was held in Riyadh. Cao Huabin, Deputy General Manager of CECEP, attended the meeting on behalf of the Group and delivered remarks on CECEP’s professional strengths and cooperation vision in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection.
That evening, Cao Huabin attended a welcome dinner for business representatives hosted in honor of the national leaders of China and Saudi Arabia and delivered a speech on behalf of Chinese enterprises. He stated that CECEP is committed to taking practical actions to promote deeper alignment between the Belt and Road Initiative and Saudi Vision 2030, injecting green momentum into the strategic cooperation between the two countries. He expressed the hope that cooperation between Chinese and Saudi enterprises would yield fruitful results at an early date.
Earlier that day, Cao Huabin visited the CGC Riyadh Base, where he was briefed by the Middle East branch of CGC and the Saudi branch of CGM on local market expansion. He provided specific guidance on key tasks for the next stage, including strengthening Party building and ensuring workplace safety.
Representatives from CECEP’s Operation Management Department, Cooperation and Development Department and CGC participated in the series of events.
